       90°橡膠彎頭由織物增強橡膠部件、扁平接頭、松散金屬法蘭或螺紋管法蘭組成，用于管道的隔振、降噪和位移補償。

       90度橡膠彎頭由內(nèi)橡膠層、強化層、外橡膠層、高溫模壓硫化成型的橡膠彎頭和松套金屬法蘭組成?？汕鷵舷鹉z彎頭耐壓高，彈性好，性能優(yōu)越，使用壽命長，位移補償量大，減震降噪效果明顯，易于安裝和維護(hù)，便于金屬管路轉(zhuǎn)向施工，是目前廣泛采用的新型柔性接頭產(chǎn)品。

       按根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)分為彎頭球體，90°彎頭。

       按連接形式分為法蘭連接、螺紋連接、螺紋管法蘭連接。
       高層使用橡膠彎頭時，管道必須有固定支撐或固定支撐，否則產(chǎn)品應(yīng)安裝防拉脫裝置。固定支撐或支架的力必須大于軸向力，否則還應(yīng)安裝防拉脫裝置。

       一、適用范圍：

       因其具有良好的綜合性能，因此廣泛應(yīng)用于化工、建筑、給排水、石油、重工業(yè)、冷凍、衛(wèi)生、水暖、消防、電力等基礎(chǔ)工程中。

       二、使用說明：

       高層給水采用橡膠肘時，管道必須有固定支架或固定支架，否則產(chǎn)品應(yīng)安裝防拉裝置。固定支架或托架的力應(yīng)大于軸向力，否則，還應(yīng)安裝防脫裝置。

       三、適用介質(zhì)：

       根據(jù)材料不同，可制成耐酸、耐堿、耐腐蝕、耐油、耐熱等品種，以適應(yīng)各種介質(zhì)和環(huán)境。、

       四、產(chǎn)品優(yōu)勢：

       1.該產(chǎn)品可大幅度降低管道系統(tǒng)的振動和噪音，從根本上解決各種管道的接口位移，軸向伸縮不同心等問題。

       2.根據(jù)不同材料可制成耐酸、耐堿、耐腐蝕、耐油、耐熱等品種，適應(yīng)各種介質(zhì)和環(huán)境。

       3.材料屬極性橡膠，密封性好，重量輕，安裝維護(hù)方便，壽命長，但避免與鋒利的金屬器械接觸，以免刺破球體。

       4.如果架空使用可以配備彈性支撐，安裝時螺栓應(yīng)對角擰緊。

       5.管道壓力過高時，用極限螺栓連接兩端法蘭。

       6.法蘭連接標(biāo)準(zhǔn)采用GB/T9115.1-2000標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，其他標(biāo)準(zhǔn)可另行說明。本產(chǎn)品的工作壓力等級分為1.0MPa、1.6MPa、2.5MPa。

       7.彎曲橡膠接頭的正常適用介質(zhì)是溫度0-60°C的普通水，特殊介質(zhì)如油、酸堿、高溫等腐蝕性和質(zhì)地硬時，應(yīng)選擇相應(yīng)特殊材料的橡膠接頭，不得盲目串聯(lián)或通用。
